I'm sure you know this, butMove the messages out of the Outbox, & save
them outside of WLM, like in the My Documents folder just in case he may
need them for something. Now, see how WLM works.

hello;
well, I did take a look at Tom's computer, using WLM,
the view was messed up, I did fix the view, everything was working, however,
he seems to be having the issue again.
I believe one of the issues is, perhaps one of his accounts is not working
properly, hense, when an error comes up, there's nothing he can do with the
keyboard to get into the file menu.
if I do connect to his computer again, I will look for the accounts. in one
account there were many messages sitting in the outbox, obviously, there's
issue with that account.
we'll see what happen's.

wlm is no longer supported by microsoft, and so you can't download wlm from
the microsoft website any more. You probably can from other places, but you
would have to be careful where you downloaded it from.
However, you might be able to repair it. I'm not sure how accessible this
will be for your version of windows essentials, you might need sighted help
to be able to do it.
I've got Windows essentials (which includes windows live mail) 2012
installed. If I got to programs and features, select windows essentials
2012, open its context menu and choose uninstall/change, then a dialog
opens which contains a button for repairing windows essentials.
Incidentally, the entry for windows essentials in programs in features will
tell you which version you are using.

David.

do this, with windows live mail open, press insert + ctrl + v (assuming
you're using desktop layout). The only important bit is the number before
the point, which will be something like 12, 14, or 15.

1. Press alt + M to press a menu button on the toolbar. A menu opens.
2. On the menu find "show menu bar" and press Enter. Note that if you find
