hello, its not a complex methoud to find CC/BCC fields while drafting email. once, you open a new mail please use tab until you hear "show CC and BCC". once you navigate it press space bar and you will have CC/BCC available. I am using WLM latest version which is 2012. I did the alt+b and the CC and BCC field both came up on a new email. I did it again and they both went off. I have a little vision and use Jaws and I can say that this key stroke does work on my pc. You might want to check it again. I did it a number of times and it worked every time. Janie, this is quite funny. I tried your suggestion and it did not work. I accidently did a back tab twice and I was on a button to activate the fields. After over an hour of looking through tools and options etc. it was this easy.
