OK, I looked around. Pretty much every instance of h2 in the xx set of pages (i.e. https://www.openoffice.org/xx/;) would look better without the extra spacing above h2. Should I list all those pages here one by one? After ~72h IMHO we have reached consensus as nobody objects the changes. I've changed the indent of the headings and also aligned the indent of the logos. Then it's maybe save to change the default for the whole website instead of creating new exceptions.
