Hello All those of you coming to our meeting in Groningen, we are now about 22 therefore I thought to reserve a table in a restaurant but the hotel I am staying says on their web-site that there is only a breakfast restaurant. Question do you think it would not be a problem to find a place, some of us go for the city tour at 14.00. Or could somebody give me aname of a restaurant than I'll write to them and make sure that we will quick find a place. OK -- I'll speak up on this. We discussed it in February. The last message I could find was this one: We found out that only friday at lunch-time would be best for all. So I proposed to meet at 11.30 or 12.00, so early because some go for the city trip at 14.00, having lunch and chat together. Where we will meet I'll tell you later because I don't know at this time of planing. Hope this is ok for you too. we also could try to sit together at OIDFA-dinner. We are still 4 or 5 persons. Possible ones can be checked out on Thursday by the people who are early. I know there's a restaurant in my hotel -- Hampshire House (I hope I remember the name correctly) -- which is not far from the Congress -- if there are none closer. If someone is on the OIDFA board and has to attend their meeting...I'm sorry. There's no time that everyone is available. It's a very busy schedule. Anything else, Ilske? If people are there early, on Thursday, and want to meet with me on Thursday evening, please contact me. We can have an impromptu meeting in my room or in the lobby if there's too many people for one room. Or something. I will arrive on Wednesday so I can help set up the USA Stand on Thursday afternoon.
