Thanks. I do belong to Suffolk Lace Makers and hopefully at the next
meeting I can put some names to faces.

Hallo Paula, Are you a member of the Suffolk Lacemakers? If not I
recommend you join them, they have a really nice lace day which we
always attend, they are a friendly bunch and we always have a good
day. If you are not and need details Nicky (whose husband is chairman)
is an Arachne member and I am sure she would make you welcome.

I downloaded the leaf pattern, I had never done leaves before and I
really enjoyed your pattern.

Many thanks.

Hi everyone

Over the last month there has been a marked increase in the downloads
of
the tutorials and PDF files on my website but very little has come to
me
as feedback. Are they useful or have they just been looked
at/downloaded
and discarded? I guess I am asking for feedback - good or bad on
how
the files are being used. Has anyone done any of the free patterns?
Can
I see a photo? Has my rambling been of help?

For those of you interested in adding beads to your torchon lace - I
have taken some photos as I added beads to my lace, included a few
notes
and photo of the tool I use all included in the PDF on my site at
http://www.brandis.com.au/craft/Lace/tutorials.html

Once again, feedback on its usefulness (or lack there of) would be
appreciated.

I would register at a trusted site, if it was a freebie I wanted :p
and if this means providing Jenny with better feedback, that would be good.
I only make a suggestion, there might be other ways.

That would make me not to download at all. I don't like to register
 everywhere.

Dear Jenny,

I have been unscribed for the summer and have just returned. I explored
your site today. The items in the Elements section are an inspiration to try
all of the spiders . I did a demonstration of lacemaking at the La Connor
Quilt Museum yesterday. I will do the bookmarks for display when I do
future demonstrations. Thank you for sharing!

Hi Jenny and everyone
I wonder if what appear to be downloads are just visits by 'bots, a spambot
perhaps, or searchbots, from e.g. google, yahoo, hotmail (then a link to
your downloadable file can appear in a search engine). You might want to
make the downloading one step removed from the web public, by a free
registration?
