You cannot delete a source if it is being used by an event. So first you need to go each individual and remove the source using the method mentioned before. Then you can delete the source. As long as the source is in use by even one person it can not be deleted that's why you can print a list of who is using the source. Hi Gene, Now you're back to a long long way around to my solution ;-) I haven't tried it but you should be able to use an Intellishare merge to merge the tagged group back with the original source attached only to the relevant people. Mark I believe the OP (original poster) wanted to delete the Master Source citations from only some individuals, but not all of them, and keep the original Master Source and it's citations for the other individuals - so, steps 5 and 6 won't be necessary in that case.
