Re: [LegacyUG] MyHeritage 50% off offer question

2017-09-03 Thread Sherry
Right - but there are so many different prices that people are seeing. I do
hope Geoff clarifies it. I think Chap was mentioning $103.

And when you go to a hint from Legacy to MyHeritage, you only see the
option for the data account at $9.95/month for a year.

2017-09-03 Thread Mike James
This appears a very attractive offer. Unfortunately it seems it is not open
to those who, like myself, already have an account with MyHeritage.
I would willingly take up the offer in an instant if some means were
available to either append the 12 months to my existing subscription; or
alternatively to cancel my existing subscription and allow me a pro rata
credit against the Legacy users offer; or even to flag my MH membership in
some way such that I could have the continuing Legacy discount from the
date of my next renewal.
I am sure none of these would be too hard to accomplish.

Reading your information clouds the issue more. Your info Quotes 3 different
subscriptions:
1. Premium
2. Premium Plus
3. Data subscription

On my account, I see a Site and a Data subscription which might lead me to 4
different subscriptions

The Legacy offer for $103/yr says that it is a Complete membership price. So,
does Complete mean all four membership at noted above?

So, it would then appear that I need to cancel my existing membership (if that

If this is the new way to rip off existing customers, then it is probably time
