Tried the workaround for Bug 50552, which was: === That has been resolved by synchronizing/enabling the bundled extensions once again: - Close LibreOffice (+ Quickstarter, if enabled). - Select the folder 'bundled' in LibreOffice user profile; path: ...\LibreOffice\3\user\extensions\bundled. - Rename the folder 'bundled' to 'bundled_old'. - Restart LibreOffice (maybe you need to start it twice due to bug 43989). === After restarting, all of the spellchecking functions worked fine. Please mark this bug as fixed, but will the fix be automatically applied in next released version? So this bug is a duplicate of bug 50552 (still not fixed). Bug 50552 may be a duplicate of 'Bug 43989 - After installation first launch terminates after splash screen' (bugfix will be available in v3.5.5).
