 To All,
Not sure how asking about having equal representation at the table for our kids 
education is considered in any way racist. I think that those with a personal 
investment in their child's education need to have a voice, not sure if the 
group specified represents all of our community and the voices to be heard. The 
question being asked is how are we being held accountable for the money being 
spent per child, that seems to be a legitimate question given it is money going 
to the future of our children, and I think you might find some concerns from 
Metco parents as well who do not post on LT considering their kids spend 90 
minutes to and from Lincoln just to get a quality education. 
This is what is at risk, not Equity but how is every kid given the chance to 
have an equal opportunity at an education that will prepare them for their 
future. Our time in the LPS is done, but this is a very important time for 
people who have a question for the future of their children to be able to ask 
those questions and not be called a racist for asking the questions or else 
they will send their kids elsewhere. The folks on the board representing the 
search are mostly in line with the current LPS direction instead of allowing 
for all parties and differing views it is only those who agree with the status 
quo. That is not acceptable in my view and maybe why parents are choosing to 
make alternative choices for their kids education. 
Lincoln School 2021 RankingsLincoln School is ranked #162 in Massachusetts 
Elementary Schools and ranked #58 in Massachusetts Middle Schools.

Just to clarify.  Inclusion is important.  I find it difficult to
