I just ignore them and they go away. Attention is what they seek.
IIRC, it is only PearPC's place to stake a claim and they haven't
asked me for any help (no news on pearpc.sourceforge.net). So, at
first glance, they would seem to be alright with it.

Theft is theft, even if the thing being stolen was free. Read the

Tell me, if you didn't know, would you buy CherryOS? Do you know

I do hope they do somethng so. If not, wouldn't that further
invalidate the GPL?

Since when is the GPL invalid?

Useless comments on a blog? Is this CherryOS's blog? Is there a cease

I wouldn't - it's slow ass, OSX sucks, and I'm poor.

Who knows, who cares? That just means there would be more money to be
had from suing Maui X.

[LUAU] HOSEF Org Meeting and Brainstorming

2005-03-12 Thread Michael Bishop
Just a quick reminder that the location for the HOSEF Org Meeting today
has changed to Pizza Hut at Stadium Marketplace, 1050 Ahua St. The
meeting will take place at 3:30pm and should be through by 4pm.

The most important part comes afterward as we eat pizza and brainstorm
on the future of HOSEF. We are at a crossroad and need to create a
roadmap for the next 3 moths, please attend if at all possible. Your
input is vital to the success of HOSEF.

Thank you.

Michael

HI,

I'm a little confused as to the location of this Pizza Hut.

There is no Pizza hut in Stadium Market place which has some stores like
Checker and Food Land between Price Busters and Kmart.

And I think Ahua stret is in Mapuna Puna by the airport.

There is a Pizza Hut in the Stadium Mall across Ice Palace. Is that the one?

That address was what I was given. I guess it is wrong, sorry for the
confusion. So forget the address. The meeting is definetly at Pizza Hut
in Stadium Mall.

I am not sure how deep MXS' pockets are, but the quotes from the
Star Bulletin make for good fodder should a lawsuit ever arise.

Has the GPL ever been tested in any court of law?

The team can donate the code to the FSF and have the EFF do the
work on their behalf.
