Hello,

This translation is certinly very useful, but unfortunately the way it
is done in 1.1.6 is a bit different: the po/pl.po file alreay contains
entries for the items in default.ui, and you have to translate these.
Example

#: src/ext_l10n.h:22
#, fuzzy
msgid "Save As...|A"
msgstr "Zachowaj jako"

You should probably try to contact Pawe³ Dziekoñski
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, who is the latest maintainer of
pl.po.

I semi-disagree. For getting your question answered quickly, you should
indeed go to lyx-users. However, sending it to lyx-docs flags it as
something that could possibly use rewriting in the docs.

Follow Herbert's advice. Also, look at a few of the "derived" layout
files, e.g. aastex.layout (I did that one for the American Astronomical
Society LaTeX package). Seeing how other people did it is always helpful.

sub-figure placement in LyX

2001-03-05 Thread Ron Pietzel

Hi LyX team,

I use LyX 1.0.4 on a DEC alpha.

Is there anyway to include two .eps files (as subfigures, each
complete with sub-figure caption) in a "figure float" so that they
appear SIDE BY SIDE as opposed to the default orientation of
ONE ABOVE THE OTHER.

I can't seem to find any way of doing this in the online
documentation.

cheers Ron
