First of all - a big Thanks to all who helped get through the issues
from me as well!

Looks good on first sight - will have to digg deeper tomorrow. One

and the like) are not signed.


OK, I will look into this.  I suspect we will need to add some extra  
calls.  I may just sign them by hand, too.

Just found out: Nexus does not like Konqueror (at least not the

currently installed on my machine). Any other browser works.

I think I tracked them down in Nexus, and it says they are supposed to  
be at https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachemahout-001/ 
, but that link comes up with nothing.


I'm about ready to revert to good old fashioned local staging.  Not  
sure what the benefit of Nexus is at this point.

I would not delete it, let's just get on with 0.2. I think that
between these efforts we flushed out the majority of remaining issues.
I am happy to start practicing the 0.3 release after this, and with
any luck be able to handle it when the time comes, but let's not delay

As much as I think we could call a vote on these artifacts, I think I  
should actually delete them and rollback the Tag that is created by  
Maven and have Sean or some other volunteer work through this and  
repeat the process.


That being said, I can go forward as RM, too.  I just think it is  
better for Mahout at this stage if someone else can repeat what I've  
done.
