[mailop] GPT Question: IP Rep Domain Rep discrepancies
Hi Folks, We have a domain on 1 IP that we got to High Rep in both IP and Domain. Within the last 2 weeks, the IP went to low but the domain rep has not swayed from High. Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen and what we can do to fix it? Thanks! I've tried a couple of different forms, but got nothing back. According to the link you received with the 554 your sending IP is on some blacklist. Unfortunately it doesn't say which. But it does tell you (cf. https://postmaster.gmx.net/en/faq-administrator#RBL) that you should contact the BL operator (and not gmx, presumably), suggesting you check at www.dnsbl.info. Did you do that? Thanks, Ken Good luck. ___ mailop mailing list mailop@mailop.org https://chilli.nosignal.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mailop
[mailop] Symantec/Messagelabs changes / over aggressive?
Anybody seen a recent change in the way Symantec is listing IP. The ones listed at: https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/ Since the first of the year, I've seen several of our IPs getting listed in this blacklist - but not in any other blacklists. Is there anybody from Symantec (or whatever this company is called now, Broadcom?) on this list? It really grind my gears that there is no way to actually communicate with Symantec about this list. They list IPs, and you have to go to their form, fill it out, and plead with them to contact you to inquire further about why the IP is listed, but those pleads fall on deaf ears - I never hear anything back from them. ___ mailop mailing list mailop@mailop.org https://chilli.nosignal.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mailop
