Dear Bapak Syafril, Selamat Siang, Pak syafril user kami tidak bisa menerima email dari domain @japaindo.co.id, tetapi jika kami mengirim ke domain tersebut bisa sampai ke tujuan. [MDaemon-L] problem recieving email by outlook
Dear pak Syafril dan teman2 milis
Dua hari ini saya mengalami beberapa masalah di user ketika menarik email
menggunakan outlook + POP , ada satu email yang di terima berkali2 (lebih
dari 10 kali), lalu Outlook Hang minta di close
Setelah di cek di inbox server hanya ada 1 email, saya coba cek log POP3 nya
sbb, hal ini sudah terjadi di 3 user

[MDaemon-L] SMTP Server too busy
Selamat pagi Pak Syafril, Dalam minggu ini saya banyak sekali terima complain dari pengguna email kami, dengan keluhan ada pesan di Mic. Outlook yaitu Smtp Server too Busy. Kalau saya cek kondisi traffic koneksi memang full seperti biasanya, dan proses ping ke smtp server kami juga normal replynya. Saya sempat cek di mbah google dan arsip dari milis ini tahun 2011 mengenai nilai Inbound smtpnya diperbesar ke 200 juga sudah saya lakukan namun hasilnya beberapa dari yg complain masih bermasalah. Itu problem di server penerima (kelihatannya itu front end server,
berupa antivirus atau antispam server).
Berarti rejection terjadi di server sparks.dentsu.co.id, di MD saya hanya
running MDSP. Server di belakang firewall (allow port MD) tapi rejection
berada di MD berarti sudah lolos firewall mestinya. Apakah karena Default
Domain Server - Delivery -
[ ] Abort delivery if SMTP RCPT command receive 5xx error
[v] Bounce message if recieving domain has no MX records
[v] Bounce message on first 5xx error from any of receiving domain MX hosts
Problem persisnya tidak tahu karena tidak ada penjelasan persisnya, bisa
karena attachment file dianggap bervirus, spamscore tinggi atau problem
internal (misalkan disk space habis atau resource CPU tidak mencukupi
untuk memproses lebih lanjut).
Laporan smtp-in log di reject oleh OP, kira-kira kenapa ya pak ? Subject
juga tidak mencurigakan.
