Semangat Pagi, Pak Syafril, akhir-akhir ini ada email dari user yang tidak terdaftar namun memiliki domain yang sama mencoba mengirim email ke beberapa user, apakah hal tersebut bisa di cegah. Misal domain saya bagus.com, namun ada user yg tidak terdaftar di dalam account manager bisa mengirim email menggunakan domain bagus.com. Mohon pencerahannya. pak Syafril, Yang bermasalah adalah DNS resolver di BIS server Blackberry.com. Kalau pakai BES atau activesync atau IMAP (non blackberry device) maka tidak ada hubungannya dengan server BIS blackberry.com Kasus ini jadi issue urgent di temapt saya pak karena ternyata dua kantor cabang yg gunakan MD 13.0.5 berjalan normal. Saya sdh upgrade ke 13.6.0 pun masalah belum pulih. Dimana lagi yang bisa saya cek kendalanya pak ? Log ? Firewall ? NIC ? pak Syafril, Apakah kantor cabang juga mengaktifkan MD BIS? Kalau disana tidak diaktifkan MD BIS, maka Anda juga disable saja MD BIS. Kantor cabang DS mengaktifkan BIS dan pushmail normal, kantor cabang DI tidak aktifkan BIS dan pushmail normal juga. Ketiganya pakai ISP CBN, namun hanya saya yg beda domain hoster. Saat ini sudah saya disable BIS, tapi aktifitas pushmail belum bekerja. Itu bukan log, tetapi notification message. Kalau log perlu periksa ke smtp-in log, cari dengan katakunci 526e7072.1020...@igpgroup.astra.co.id (tanpa tanda kutip). Alasan mail masuk ke bad queue mengindikasikan bahwa setting relay control dan smtpauthentication ada yang kurang sehingga masih terima mail yang ditujukan ke unknown user tanpa ditolak di level smtp. Dear Pak Syafril, Maaf saya mengulas kembali e-mail terdahulu, sbb : Maaf, share calendar dan contact baik global/public maupun private share belum bisa di MD 13.6; yang bisa baru menampilkan public mail folder saja di mobile device activesync client. Sebagai work around bisa buat dummy account yang di share access oleh banyak/group user untuk keperluan calendar (dan contact) sharing diantara mereka. Yang di maksud pak Syafril dengan membuat dummy account yang di share access oleh Banyak group/user untuk keperluan calendar sharing di anatara mereka ini maksudnya bagaimana pak ? Maksud saya, apakah ini artinya di Mobile Device tersebut harus saya tambahkan lagi satu additional account Dengan Type=Exchange dan account yang di setup adalah account dummy tadi ? dan yang di sync-kan hanya calendarnya saja ? Mohon pencerahannya pak, masih belum nangkep, maklum sekarang baru muncul issuenya, melalui mobile device, user saya tidak bisa lihat calendar orang lain Yang sudah di share di WorldClient, kalau melalui outlook sudah bisa, karena saya sudah tambahkan outlook connector.
