Be sur eto use fuel stabilizer in the fuel, and run it out of fuel before you 
put it away. Ideally, there’s a valve between the tank and the carb that you 
can turn off and let it run out.

Reminds me of my BMW X3 I had; the sunroof was glued shut. Looked at ebay 
prices and they were 750-1500. I ended up getting a replacement from a 
pick-in-pull yard on a 50% off day. I think I only paid 60-70 dollars for the 
whole thing. Had to ask for help to get it out of the car and to load it into 
the van. The best thing about the one I got was it was a replacement, so it was 
fairly new. Yes it was a workout and hot a hell that day, but in the end was 
well worth effort, to me at least.

Yeah, just goes to show that even when you try to be as prudent as possible 
stuff can still get past you. That one is 100% on me, but like you, I don’t

generators.  The fourth was using a knock-off 7kW, and was notably more 
obnoxious.

My guess is that the ubiquitous EU2000i would handle these two freezers, and 
would
throttle-down when neither was running.  Saving fuel, and being a lot quieter.  
Quiet is
good, in a mobile sales venue.

You're even at a level where a battery-operated inverter might be practical, if 
the
freezers are cold-soaked at home first.  You'd need to do the math, but the 
lack of
noise (and smell) would be a real plus.

12ga is 20 amp wire, but voltage drop at 20A might be excessive for a 
100' run.
I'd plug the freezers in one at a time because the voltage drop if they 
start simultaneously might not be healthy for the compressor motors.
