Yes, I do have a set of lugs for the spare tucked away but at least

If you're going used, be sure to get the right offset. The 8 holes
where used on the W140 and the C class as well.

There are two brands of after market wheels that look like the
factory 8 holers on Tire Rack now, I don't know that the bolts for
them are inter changeable, or that they would be the same as the older
wheels I have.

The after market wheels I have now have the following cast into the
inside of the wheels:
MC; 0370536; 7Jx15H2; ET36; K3; and on the outside - opposite the
valve stem - KBA 12359.

I don't have a clue who made these

The standard 8-hole wheels (15 x 6.5) for a W124 should be pretty easy
to locate either new or used, and shouldn't be that expensive, either.
Call Potomac German Auto (PGA) for a price on used wheels, Rusty for
new OE, or try Tire Rack for new aftermarket. Caution: The 1995 wheels
are brushed aluminum finish with clearcoat, the previous (93-94 I
think?) are painted silver color. Minor difference, but noticeable if
you have one of each on the same side of the car, lol!

BTW - I'd avoid Adsit like the plague. There are a bazillion horror
stories about those clowns on most Mercedes web forums. Buy new stuff
from Rusty, and for one-stop shopping for used parts, PGA is the way
to go.

I've gotten decent used 15" wheels from Potomac German Auto for much less
than that, $50 or so plus shipping. They were the 16-hole (?) stock early
124 style. Would the 8-holers be priced much differently? (I know they're
rarer, but still...)
