Same time for my first one. I replaced the second one through the center
speaker hole - only took all of one day that way.

Replacing the blower in a 114/115 is a bit more involved than pulling the
dash -- BTDT - x2.

I did a 114 years ago to replace the dreaded heater blower (and do
some AC work as well) and I still have the scars to show for it.
I would add that it took me all of two full days to accomplish the
feat, too.

No, I don't want to do another one either, but it's not _that_ bad!
They go somewhat faster after you've done one. Still, you do end
up pretty much gutting the car...

RUN AWAY!

If you have done it once, you can do it by feel.  Biggest issue I had was
getting the dash back in.   Just look for all the screws and bolts, label as to
where you got them. (pictures are good) and disassemble the whole front.  There
are three bolts with 10mm nuts holding the dash in.  Center and at the far end
of the vents.

Pull the glass side up then pull the cabin side in toward you.  Pick a side
(L/R) and lift around A pillar.

Only on a 107. Mostly you remove everything that
looks like it's in the way, especially the center
console, and remove the three (?) mounting nuts that
hold the dash in.
