The evil white overlords are now being condemned for gentrifying the formerly redlined districts that were 75% black before white guilt showed up. Now, the african american population there is below 15%. Property values are rising, tax base is increasing with more prosperous businesses moving in, and crime is dropping significantly. The area is very multi ethnic, not white dominated, but the caucasian folk are the white devils for bringing their liberal values and money to displace the poor, disadvantage colored folk who have lived there since real racism was rampant. No more black republican values predominate. Article in the morning paper about the anti-shell kayak protesters being too young and not even native, sucking the gay mayor (yes he is homosexual) into a political morass that is now pitting the native blue collar port workers against the liberal tech elite outsiders into an economically damaging political agenda circus. FYI, the african americans do not use kayaks, but do hold jobs at the port. clay On May 28, 2015, at 2:15 PM, Randy Bennell via Mercedes wrote: > On 28/05/2015 2:43 PM, clay via Mercedes wrote: >> On the wet side of the mountains we are paralyzed by White Guilt. >> >> Any solution involves debasing white culture and embracing the >> multi-cutlural appeasement process. Curt, I went looking for the least biased report I could find, with only objectivity and facts. Here is what I found. There are others of course, perhaps with more details about what those vacation days actually cost, and in those, Obama is clearly the big spender, If you add in the vacations Michelle has taken, then the family total spent on vacations is setting new records. However, just the facts, on number of days spent.. No, he said, she said, the Republicans this, the Democrats that. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2014/aug/23/who-took-more-vacation-george-w-bush-or-barack-oba/ "Division followed by Conquest" ... Federal employees do pay from their paychecks for retirement annuity (FERS), can contribute to the 401k equivalent (TSP) which has matching up to 5%, and pay social insecurity, medicare, etc. etc. Congress critters have been able to exempt themselves from some laws (like insider trading) and still automatically pay themselves a nice fat pay raise each year, but they have the same retirement plan, same healthcare options, and pay the same taxes on their federal pay like all other federal employees. Personally I think federal employees and military members paying federal income tax is one of the stupidest things ever, sending money in a big circle which costs more money. However that waste of time and money is small change compared to most of the waste in the federal budget. - Max Charleston SC On Thu, May 28, 2015 at 1:20 PM, Curly McLain via Mercedes < mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: > make all fed employees save for their won retirement out of their income, > pay into to social insecurity, > > ___ > http://www.okiebenz.com > > To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ > > To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: > http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com > > ___ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com

Pretty sure I'm not racist. I'm also pretty sure that I would be very nervous in _any_ inner city situation, regardless of the 'decor'! IMHO population density is the problem, not color. Urban Stupid is a sub-culture. Not sure why it appears to be so attractive. I'm _glad_ Obama has been ineffective! What he wanted to do is not what I wanted done. OTOH, people seem to elect based on powers the office does not have. So to Urban Stupid we have to add the other prevalent sub-culture: Regular Stupid! :-) -- Jim ___ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com

I suggest there is more racism than we want to admit. i.e. inner city=code for black neighborhood, etc - we hide inflammatory words to hide racism. About 295,000,000 of the 315,000,000 Citizens of America "have it and won't lose it". America is strong because it's individuals are empowered. America is flooded with refugees because they want to also become empowered. It is why we don't speak German, or Japanese, or Russian in this country, and won't be speaking Chinese or Arabic. We have repelled all efforts to force the country to submit, at great cost of both blood and treasure, and will continue to because this individual empowerment is worth dying for. Those Red Chinese need to go to reprogramming school to unlearn capitalism. How can you twist a trekkie posting into a leftist political rant? Funny thing, communism, marxism and socialism all fail because human nature is to desire freedom and independence. Capitalism existed since the beginning of the human race and works all the time, so long as the people with the weapons (gooberments and other thieves) stay out of it.
