The cost difference between upper ball joints  control arm assemblies 
is
not that great and you probably need inner control arm bushings 
anyways.


For the 107, new control arms were about $150 each vs the $32 for
just the ball joints.

On the 123 the UCA is $48 and Rusty doesn't list a ball joint. Lower yes but 
not upper...

I dunno but I really should do the UCA bushing too and that apparently isn't 
the most fun job around and besides by the time I price up all those parts I'm 
pretty close to the UCA assembly.

This the 123?  Don't they use the same TRW upper BJ replacement
kits that the 107 uses?  I just did the SL using those, it's
not too hard to do.  No spring compressor required.  Got 'em
from Rusty, about $65 for the pair.  You need a 4 grinder,
a BFH, and a punch.
