I am not sure of the command line format for CKQC BUT.bring up a CICS session for the region in question and enter CKQC. Move your cursor to the CKTI command at the top and hit enter and follow the instructions. Is the PLT set up correctly(we are on 4.1)? If you have transaction server make sure MQCONN=YES in the SIT. Make sure you have an INITPARM defined correctly in the SIT.
