[MLO] Re: MLO needs a Chrome extension

2017-04-03 Thread Lasse Pedersen
You can use one of the other webclippers to any webservice that has
integration to IFTTT or Zapier, and then use these to generate an email to
MLO.

Evernote is obvious, but I use it for so many things - so I currently use
Wunderlist's clipper to capture a task there in a "MLO Actions" folder.
Then Zapier picks it up and emails it. So WL's extension is exclusively
used to capture and forward MLO tasks. I like it because I can also capture
selected text to go with the URL, and type in a new heading to become the
task text.

The Onenote webclipper can do the same. I just find Onenote messy and
confusing to navigate in the web interface.

Hey folks, any programmers out there? MLO needs a Chrome extension to
 add website links as tasks.

Anyone up to developing one? Just a simple little extension that will
sit at the top-right, when clicked, will allow the user to add a link as a
task with the link in the notes area and a date-picker. Anyone? Anyone?
Pretty please with Cinnabon frosting on top?

 I thought I'd give it a shot. ;)

[MLO] Re: MLO needs a Chrome extension

2017-03-29 Thread pottster
Hi Joel,

https://www.autohotkey.com/ is the main site and the site to download the
program from.

It's been a while since I acquired my learning but I believe YouTube still
has a number of tutorials which will help.

Good luck.

I know nothing about that would like to find out how I can do that. Is
there some place I can go on the web to find out more?
