Hello again I was wondering if there were such a thing as an archive for this list. If there is could someone tell me how to look up a subject in past messages. I have a digital camera (Fuji Finepix S3000) and it's not currently supported by linux. I've purchased a xD card reader, and hooked it up. It shows up on the desktop but I can't seem to access any files. I think it's not mounted, but I can't find the device anywhere to mount it. Thanks everyone for the quick response. I installed Mandrake Community 10 because I wanted to see what the new kernel looked like. However I'm having some other problems that I never had with previous versions of Mandrake. After reading a few posts in the archive, I get the feeling that Mandrake 9.2 might better serve my needs as far as my camera and few other projects I have in the works right now. So looks like I'm gonna back up a few yards, and install Mandrake 9.2.
