  Hello Marcus,

Flights and Hotel are booked, just need a ticket for the game now.

Can we book a ticket only for the match through Wolves Travel Club? Or
should I book it through the Perth Glory ticket office.

Thanks for all your help with this.

I have attached my flight details in your spreadsheet. I’m staying at the
 Novotel Perth Langley.

 Regards

 Paul.

 Hi Steve,

it can be any three nights but most people are doing the
Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights. I had assumed that this rate in for a room
so people would stay in their own double room unless they have partners with
them. I'm guessing they need to know names for each room so they don't book
to many if there are some who are sharing. Given that the room rate is $175
if you book direct with the hotel then that sounds about right but I'll
double check with them to make sure (I hadn't intended on sharing with
 anyone for 3 nights OTP).

 Hi Marcus,

Thanks for all the work on this. Is that for Thu/Fri/Sat nights?

I'm not sure I would want to share a room with me if I had been OTP for
three nights. I presume that package does mean sharing?

 2009/4/16 Marcus Chantry marcus.chan...@macquarie.com

Hi received an email back from Wolves Travel Club last night offering us
 the following package for Perth:

Ground arrangements @ £249 Per Person incl 3 Nts at Citigate Hotel Room
Only, 1 x Match Ticket with transfers Return airport transfers.

( All prices are based on Double/Twin Rooms)

If you would like breakfast included it will be £7 per person per night
 extra.

*So based on current exchange rate that equates to $512.49 for 3 nights
accommodation, the match ticket, transport to the game and transfers to
from the airport. Plus we'd be sitting with the other Wolves fans!*

Booking directly with Citigate Hotel is $175 per night so 3 nights would be
$525 if you booked yourself, meaning we would be getting ticket, transport
 and airport transfers for free!!!

Please let me know ASAP whether this package is of interest to anyone. I
will need to provide them with names of who is in what room along with
arrival, departure flight details for the transfers and I will also need
 payment as well.

This seems like a good package to me. Pass it on to anyone else who might
 be interested.

 Cheers,

 Marcus Chantry

I was initially skeptical, but I really like it now.

Interesting idea. But many of the altered lyrics are terrible.

I would go for Land Of Hope And Glory.

 Elgar was a Wolves fan
It's a stirring song (thinking of last night at the proms)

I don't think it needs new lyrics.
Would be great to make it Wolves' own. I'd like it as the English national
 anthem too.

 What do you reckon?

Nice one gents.

It's a wonderful feeling having tied this up before the end of the season.
We can now start to debate who to sign. This will be the next big test for
the club. I read that we approached loads of players last time but nobody
wanted to come to Wolves.

Subject: [NSWolves] IMPORTANT UPDATE - Perth

Good afternoon everyone,

further to Lee's innocuous question yesterday about whether the Wolves
Travel Club price was based on per person or per room, I have now had
confirmation back from them that their price is quoted per person on a
twin-share basis. This is not what I had originally assumed.

Furthermore, they have quoted a price of $800 if people want their own
individual room. This now makes their package price significantly more
expensive than if we book directly with the hotel.

I figured nobody would be interested at that inflated price so I took an
executive decision and contacted the Citigate Hotel, where the Wolves
Travel Club are staying, and have reserved 10 rooms for the nights of
9th/10th/11th July at a rate of $175 per night = $525 total for 3
nights. If anyone would like one of these rooms then please let me know
and I'll put you down for one (I currently have myself, Les Lloyd, Lee
Morris, Mark Worrall and Darrell Yates down for rooms so there are 5
left). Also, if anyone wants to share a room please also let me know.
If anyone wants a room for 2 nights or for more than 3 nights please
also let me know and I'll try and get something sorted for you.

I will obtain match tickets for everyone via Perth Glory, who I spoke to
again this morning.

I think it would be good if we could all stay in the same hotel, plus
have all the Wolves Travel Club contingent there as well. I have
reserved the rooms on my Credit Card so no payment will have to be made
just yet.

Have a good weekend everyone and lets hope we get the right result.

Cheers

Marcus Chantry

Michael Mancienne (Chelsea)

Tom Huddlestone (Spurs)

Morten Gamst Pedersen (if Blackburn get relegated)

Owen Garvan (Ipswich)

Joe Ledley (Cardiff)

Robbie Keane (Sentimental Reasons)

We'll also need 3-4 decent loan signings, preferrably more young hungry
players like Mancienne was when he came to us.
