They took it away. It generated too much volume. Now, and for about the last six months, if they want you to be able to request a hotfix online, there will be a link at the very top of the KB article. Well, it did install. But you are correct. Had this been a production machine I would never had done that given the Vista name of the hotfix. Now I can try out SnapDrive on W2K8.
