Re: [opnfv-tech-discuss] [opnfv-project-leads] [opnfvdocs] Documentation update for Danube release

2017-03-01 Thread Serg Melikyan
Sofia,

we have almost completed documentation for Fuel for Danube release (only
release notes update left): https://gerrit.opnfv.org/gerrit/29507

I've updated main documentation to link to the new Fuel docs:
https://gerrit.opnfv.org/gerrit/29523, please review.

Re: [opnfv-tech-discuss] [Fuel] Tacker fuel plugin error with Fuel 10 deployment

2017-01-30 Thread Serg Melikyan
Hi Georgios,

Aimee was asking same question couple of weeks ago, and I had added
you in the thread as person originally enabled Tacker in Colorado
release.

Seems like so.

>Will fuel-plugin-tacker be updated for Fuel 10?
It's pretty late in the cycle, so the only way Tacker might be added
to Fuel is through feature freeze exception and fixing it quickly. Do
you want to work on that?

Re: [opnfv-tech-discuss] [Fuel] Tacker Plugin MIssing From Danube Nightly ISO

2017-01-25 Thread Serg Melikyan
Hi Aimee,

indeed tacker is not included in Fuel Danube right now, building and
including this plugin was disabled
<https://git.opnfv.org/fuel/commit/build/f_isoroot/Makefile?id=9f8aff6636e0d86834178b461802f3e7cb95189d>
during uplifting to Fuel 10.

Are you planning to include the tacker plugin in Danube?

Unfortunately this plugin was never tested with Fuel 10 and we are awfully
close to the Feature Freeze, any chance you are able and want to help with
this before Feature Freeze? George (in cc) was original committer who added
this plugin to the Fuel Colorado and might be interested in adding to
Danube.

George?

Otherwise I would say that Tacker will not be available as built-in plugin
for Danube.

2017-01-10 Thread Serg Melikyan
Hi Bryan,

indeed IRC channel mentioned on our wiki page was wrong, I have updated
wiki page - our actively used IRC channel is #opnfv-fuel.

You can track our CI by the following link:
http://build.opnfv.org/ci/view/fuel/ which has corresponding jobs for
master which is Denube right now.

David,

issue with Fuel was fixed in upstream repositories and we can remove
notification about workaround from the download page. Official Mirantis
technical bulletin was published explaining the issue [0].

right now Mirantis Downstream Team is working on acceptance testing
