Technical Consultants are responsible for onboarding over half of the client’s new revenue stream. *Specific Duties:* · Collaborate with Partners, Product Management, and Development teams to efficiently onboard new customers · Project manage customer integrations from start to finish · Liase with Implementation Project Managers · Develop documentation, procedures and processes to implement new integrations · Perform business needs assessments for new and existing customers · Configure and test integrations · Collaborate with client development teams to ulitze Application Programming Interface (API) for ordering and viewing background screening reports · Troubleshoot problems with new and existing integrations · Level 3 (System and Application) technical support · Perform gap analysis and recommend a best practice solution · Document requirements and create Statements of Work (Solutions Documents) · Assist with RFP/RFI responses *Skills:* · Understanding of 3-tier applications (ex.
