The position reports to the RF Engineering Manager, with direct interfaces
with the market Engineers supporting the 3G build-out & performance
managment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete InSite database updates for 3G, including: 3G cell definition,
Updates to existing configuration based on site surveys, site modifications
to downtilt/azimuth, etc.
• Supports the project staff by creating electronic work orders in Homer
database and providing updates and reports on those work orders.
• Create reports to assist Engineers to insure data integrity of RF
Parameters, Asset Planning Tool, TMA and Antenna serial numbering, etc.
• Assist with RF documentation storage standardization, including electronic
filing, printing and binding.
• Provide project tracking and other project administrative tasks.
• Facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms,
conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during
meetings and performs basic follow-up.
• Develop presentations and project tracking documentation using MS Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. Generate daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly
and quarterly reports.
• All other activities reasonably related to the successful administration
and completion of the Project and Services

and help lead the direction for application development moving forward.



JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for the development of java components and
database to support different Business Systems and related web development
projects. The position will collaborate proactively with functional users
and analysts to translate business and integration requirements into
configurable component designs and solutions. The individual will also be
responsible for leading the technical designs of systems and for reviewing
code.



REQUIREMENTS:
