E1, bagi saya yang kurang mahir konfigurasi server, bolehkan mintak sedikit ilmu untuk di share bersama. Saya rasa,,kita terus serang sahaja dengan penyelia ICT di PPD daerah masing2.. beritahu apa yang oss leh buat. nak mudah,,kena guna presentation. Jawapan dari kami komuniti OSS 1. - Server dah ada kenapa membazir duit rakyat lagi - Sekolah adalah untuk mendidik, dengan adanya setup menggunakan server cikgu IT sekolah boleh tunjukkan cara sebenar penggunaan server. Nanti sampai universiti pun tak tahu. - TM kena jamin dahulu bahawa servis tiptop bukan as is. Jangan nanti bila semua dah gunakan filter TM yang sama berlaku slow down dan yang akhir sekali, Jika kami langgan RM588 dapat 1MB dan as is. Baik kami langgan RM180 x 2 dapat 2 line. ya betul, saya dengan guru penyelaras bestari sekolah saya pun bercadang untuk ambil 2 line biasa sahaja..satu untuk makmal komputer dan satu lagi untuk kegunaan wifi guru-guru supaya collision pada waktu puncak tu tak nampak sangat. Mungkin say perlukan bantuan step by step oleh komuniti OSS untuk kaedah setup squid atau dansguardian paling mudah untuk cache server dan content filtering. lepas ini bolehlah tolong rakan2 guru sekitar sekolah saya pula. Try to look for what you want in http://software.opensuse.org/search Kablink is something that Novell wanted to attract more devels. Instead of using openSUSE 11.3, perhaps you can try using SLES 11 SP1? Since the project was initiated by Novell rather that its subsidiary SUSE; SLES may be the reference platform rather than the community one. Interesting. Perhaps it would be of interest to those supporters of Jawi as the national script. I have nothing against Jawi; I actually learnt Jawi in primary school, but have unlearnt it over the years since both in work and school we use the Roman/Phoenecian script.
