Hello, After read otrs 1.3 and 2.0 documentation and tested in our lab an instance of otrs 1.3, I didn't find any way to assign "roles" (roles as collection of permissions) to grant some customers to change the priority of tickets. To explain more clear our scenario we have two kinds of customers (plain customers and supervisors customers) plain customers should create a new ticket with priority but they can't change that priority. Supervisors customers can change the priority of all the tickets in their queues. [otrs] Emails to remain in the inbox
Is it possible to retain all the emails that are send to inbox that the otrs reads. I want the cron to read the emails and send a copy of the email to to otrs. Try to work it out yourself, if that really doesn't work, give a precise description of the problem (what do you want, what OTRS doesn't do what you did expected it to do and what OTRS did do). Then people may be able (and willing) to help. Posting every little hickup to mailinglist won't help you, try for yourself (put some effort in it!) first. Hi All, I need some help please. Somehow when I have logged into OTRS (via html front end) I have disabled the admin tag. I cannot now continue setting up otrs. Is it possible that the administrator user can disable administrative activities. [otrs] Incoming email suddenly dead
Hi all, Out of the blue, our OTRS v2.0.4 started sending error messages when it tried to receive mail from the POP mailbox. Trying to run it manually prints the following cryptic message: -bash-3.00$ bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl -f 1 Notice: PostMasterPOP3.pl is already running but is starting again! Message 1/3 ([EMAIL PROTECTED]@localhost) perl: prescan_stmt.c:442: rewrite_execute_stmt: Assertion `ph = imp_sth-phc' failed. Aborted Has anyone seen this error before? Is anybody else running OTRS successfully on Redhat Enterprise 4? Hallo, ich möchte die Aktivitäten unseres Support-Teams auswerten. Hierzu greife ich mit nativem SQL auf die Tabellen * ticket_history (entspricht der Ticket-History im Web) * time_accounting (gespeicherte Bearbeitungszeiten) * article (gespeicherte Artikel) zu. Zwischen alle 3 Tabellen lassen sich über ticket_id und article_id Beziehungen herstellen. Die Angabe von Zeitwerten ist bei unserem OTRS obligatorisch (wg. Ticket::Frontend::NeedAccountedTime = Ja), jedoch werden Zeitangaben 0 (werden hin und wieder im WebGUI gemacht und von diesem akzeptiert) nicht in der Tabelle time_accounting hinterlegt. Nun möchte ich auswerten z.B. kalenderwochenweise * wieviele Tickets bearbeitet wurden (jedoch nicht zwingend abgeschlossen wurden) * wieviele Artikel (schriftl. Einzelaktivitäten) hierbei verfasst wurden * welche Arbeitszeiten sich aufsummiert haben. Um dies zu erreichen kann ich die Tabelle 1) ticket_history verwenden, nämlich alle Einträge mit - create_by 1 (der Adminaccount wird nicht von Agents genutzt) und - article_id IS NOT NULL (Artikel-Beziehung ist gegeben) - history_type_id IN (6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15) (alle schriftl. Aktivitaeten) oder 2) article verwenden Optional kann ich bei beiden Abfragen einen LEFT JOIN zur Tabelle time_accounting durchführen um die zusätzliche Angabe der Bearbeitungszeit zu erhalten. Problem ist nun: Die Abfrage 1 liefert viel mehr Tickets und Articles/Aktivitaeten zurück als die Anfrage 2, auch sind die Bearbeitungszeiten größer. Wo ist der Denkfehler? * Ist vielleicht history_type_id IN (6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15) zu groß gewählt? * Jedoch wird unter time_accounting ja nur bearbeitungszeit aufgrund von Aktivitäten der Agents eingetragen.
