[otrs] Login Language Problem
Hello I am using ORTS in spanish, but i still get the red-color-english-sentence “Sent new password to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]” when i request for a new password in the login page. I tried to translate this sentence in the /otrs/Kernel/Language/es.pl file but i didn't find such sentence. I also tried to find it in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm to copy into Kernel/Config.pm but I only found the subject and the body of the email OTRS sends with the new password, not the message that appears over the username fieldtext in the login page. ¿Can anyone tell me how can i translate it? Select Dispatching by Email To Field. The PosterMaster Filter will be still usedas stated on that window:: "All incoming emails with one account will be dispatched in the selected queue! So, it seems that what I set in the "System Email Address management" area, then, email to that email address will go directly into the queue specified. Hi Alan, You should check on the "PostMaster POP3 Account" section. Each pop3 account is defined to a specific Queue. Hi, I don’t understand how to sort message in queue by time of creation, and not by Age. Ticket::Frontend::QueueSortBy::Default: don’t permit this : if I change by “Creatime”, files are blanck. Does anyone know how to do this ? Greetings. Is it possible to have different outgoing e-mail addresses for each queue? Or is there any other way to serve a number of different shared mailboxes through OTRS? [otrs] OTRS CHANGE CODE PAGE
