[otrs] no mail when a new ticket is created
Hello,
I've made some new queues (for example 'hardware problems') and new
groups ('intern users' and 'extern users')
When I connect the queue 'hardware problems' to the group 'intern
users' I don't get an emailnotification when a new ticket is created. If
the ticketstate is changed, ticket is moved,.. I do get an
emailnotification. If I connect the queue 'hardware problems' to the
standardgroup 'users' I do get an emailnotification when a new ticket is
created...
What have I done wrong, missing a parameter somewhere??

[otrs] Show all company tickets

[otrs] second OTRS database
Hello, We are running OTRS on windows 2003 server (since march this year) and are using the system to manage ideas people are sending in. Now, we want to make a second OTRS installation and use this installation for our new helpdesk. Can I do a second installation or is there another way to create the OTRS database? We want to install it on the same server, where MySQL and Apache are already running. Can someone give me some advise?? [otrs] adding fields to MySQL tabel
Hi, I did add some fields (like department) to 'customerMessagenew.dtl'. I add the same fields in the table 'ticket' (with ALTER table ...), but when I make a new ticket and fill-in the new fields, the data is not displayed in the database... Do I have to add the fields somewhere else too and/or do I have to make other changes? Do I have have to make changes to the program 'customerticketzoom.dtl' ? [otrs] MySQL
Hello, I've installed OTRS local on my pc and on a server (Windows 2003 server). How can I connect to the MYSQL database on the server with MySqlmanager? Connecting to the locally MySQL database (on the pc) is no problem, but I cann't connect to the server... [otrs] altering a table
Hello, I'm a complete newbie to OTRS, so I have a questions. I'm running OTRS on windows XP and did customize the webinterface (add a field), I did map the field also to the config.pm file and now I have to alter the table customer_user (add a new column) The syntax is 'ALTER TABLE customer_user ADD afdeling VARCHAR (200); ' - the problem is which tool or program do I use to add the column and where or how do I start it??
