Hi

As far as I know you have to update first to 3.2 and than to 3.3. I had
no problems to upgrade from 3.1 > 3.2 > 3.3 by following the steps in
the OTRS documentation.

[otrs] Open linked object in the same window

I would like to change the behaviour of linked objects. Instead of opening a 
new window each time, I would prefer to open the linked object in the same 
window. Is that possible and how can configure it?

Is there something else I should do in order to make sure a given 
agent won't be able to create/edit/delete FAQ articles?

[otrs] Customize the ticket presentation in the dashboard

Is it possible to customize the dashboard to show the queue name and the 
state time instead of the ticket age for the open ticket box?
In the SysConfig I found under Frontend::Agent::Dashboard the 
DashboardBackend###0130-TicketOpen element but I don't know the values 
for Key and Content to show the queue name and the state name.

you need to put the created agents into the otrs group users by giving
them appropriate rights. You can manage user and groups in the admin
panel.
