I'd like to be able able to roll 2.0.x out to the support group I oversee, but at this point its looking like I may be stuck with 1.3.x. Going via All Messages is not the normal route, but as long as the agent doesn't have anything set under 'My Queues' in his preferences an empty list will indeed appear.
