I have to go through the CD tutorial that comes with it to learn to operate the phone. If you email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] to ask your questions, some time this weekend, I can give you and idea. I'm sure their are others on the list that also have it. Give me a day or so to play with it and I will email you my opinion. Leslie E. I'm looking for opinions on things like how blind user friendly is this cell phone and is Cingular being cooperative when it comes to rebating the cost of the software? Also if anyone knows of other cell phone carriers that are providing accessible phones I'd be interested in hearing about that too. Re: cassette deck
Do want a recorder that will record at twice the normal speed or do you want to be able to double the speed of a recording? Try looking for Fostex or Tascam, some units have a dial to adjust the speed of the tape during recording and playback, the lowest speed is likely faster than the normal speed of a tape deck. I'm not sure if anyone still makes something like that or if digital multitracks more or less dominate nowadays. You might find a used one in a buy and sell. Re: Newest version of Nero
Is there any advantage of upgrading Nero? - Original Message - From: Kevin Lloyd [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: PC audio discussion list. Pc-audio@pc-audio.org Sent: Friday, November 12, 2004 1:13 PM Subject: Re: Newest version of Nero There's certainly some wisdom in the philosophy of upgrading only when you have to but I must admit, after buying a new PC recently, I've upgraded winamp, nero, notmad explorer, real player and windows media player and am wishing I'd done so ages back. With regards to nero though, I think Richard's spot on; if you don't need any additional functionality and your burning CD's with no problem, I'd stick with what you've got. I would also say though that in nero's case, the interface has not changed between 5.5 and version 6. Adobe audition help please!
Hi folks! I'm wondering if someone on the list can help me out with some hotkey help regarding Adobe audition version 1.0. I have finally figured out how to edit out breaths and things like that, but I've only been able to import files. I'm trying to figure out how to actually record something in adobe. Sounds like a dumb question, I know, but I'm trying to change over from sound forge. The group of radio stations where I work uses adobe, and I need to use it as well, so as not to confuse the situation. Any pointers would be helpful, indeed. Thanks! Re: cassette deck
To my knowledge, TASCAM, were still making machines that would do what you want, I can't check up on that here though as the TASCAM site is (at the best of times) difficult to get around. I'm quite sure that 4 track cassette machines will be with us for a while, (for the musician who is starting out they're a good, reliable and cheap way to get the music recorded).
