Another interesting problem with burner
OK folks, it seems that I am able to ultimately view a cds contents, but I still have to reinsert the disc in order to do so. I have played around with the auto play settings in the attempt to get past this dialog box, but no luck. Is this a problem with the burner possibly waring out, or is there a setting that I need to make to bypass this dialog box? They worked perfectly on my computer. The only difference between TuneBite and NoteBurner is that TuneBite uses recording technique while NoteBurner burns music onto a virtual CD-R. I cannot tell any difference in terms of the music quality. But I would agree that NoteBurner is faster and more reliable than TuneBite. I recommend NoteBurner. Cheers! Hi I've got to say that I discovered that there could be gaps in the songs when I converted them to wavs. I had to redo them with nothing else happening on my computer for them to work correctly. Hey Larry! I was going to ask the same question because that's about the only thing that comes to mind! Just make sure that you save the file as 44.1 KHz, 16 bits, stereo. Larry, In addition to saving files in dot wav format, do you save them using forty four point one kilohertz sampling rate and stereo? A few years ago I tried saving a monaural file in Nero thinking I could get twice the amount of audio on a CD. Nero wouldn't do it but I forget exactly what message I got. ** Message Separator ** >Hello Jean. I'm saving Sound Forge edited files as .wav >files and then dropping them into Nero. Hi Johnny, Below is the link to a free daisy book generator written by a fellow in the Netherlands. He does speak English and is quite willing to answer questions about his program. Burning projects edited in sSound Forge
I asked my question yesterday, but no one responded. Let's try it from another angle. If you edit audio projects in Sound Forge 8.0, what CD burning program are you using for them. I was using Nero, but it seems incompattible with projects edited in SF. When I try to burn such a project in Nero, I get the following error. CD needed for Audio CD equals CDR-RW. CD in burner equals CDR. Note that this is for an audio CD. Also, please note that this problem occurs only with projects edited in Sound Forge. Nero has no problem with projects edited in GoldWave, DC6, or WavePad. Anyone care to have a go at helping me solve this issue? Re: creative Zen stone won't play.
Hi. It's important to point out that the skin for the Zen Stone just changes the look of the player, it's not the player itself. So when you purchase the skin, you aren't getting a player along with it, all you are getting is he skin to put on the player to make it look different. So if you don't have a Zen Stone, this would be, well, kind of useless. At 07:20 AM 6/8/2007, you wrote: >Amazon.com seems to have the Skin tone black real cheap. The mp3 files it creates are variable bit files. With some playback software that's a problem. RE: Goldwave Question
Thanks very much for your reply. The only option I have in the volume tab is a list box which currently shows "volume device realtek hd audio output". There's nothing else to tab to. Under the device tab, I've set the output to the realtek audio output, and the recording device to the realtek audio input, as I want the soundcard to record itself. Is this right? I'm running goldwave 5.20 with the scripts installed. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Samuel Wilkins Sent: Friday, 8 June 2007 1:19 AM To: PC audio discussion list. Subject: Re: Goldwave Question Well, go into goldwave, press f11 to get into the control settings, choose volume from the tab control, tab to the wave option, make sure it is at 100%, tab to the check box that says select, press space bar to check it and press enter. Hope this helps.
