using the winamp auto tagger?

2008-05-21 Thread Terra Syslo
I am trying to auto tag some files with winamp to retrieve artist and song
title info, and it finds it with the auto tag feature, but when I hit okay,
and then go to replay the track, the information isn't there. Is there a way
to have it saved so that after you auto tag a file that information will be
there? Also it says to auto tag many tracks at once use the send to option
and choose auto tagger, but that option isn't there. Is there a way to tag
several tracks at once? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you very
much.

Hi
Could someone please explain the difference between listening to stream
and downloading? I think I know the difference but the question I have is:
If you are listening to something which goes onto the computer, which can
only be listened to if you are connected to the internet. Which type is
this?

My personal opinion is that this is like very poor ocr. There is a program
whose name I now forget. But they got $70 for the license a few years back
and it just did do such a great job, not without a struggle which I never
bothered to endure.

I think if you google wave to midi you'll find something.
