High Dan,
When the CD writing wizard comes up, it will give you 2 choices.
It will give you the option to make a data CD or to make an audio CD.
Scroll down to make an audio CD in then press inter for Jaws or click the
next button for Window Eyes.

RE: PROBLEM WITH WINAMP 5.56

2009-11-20 Thread Christopher Chaltain
Good luck. The card reader is being seen by Winamp as a removable storage
device. I'm not sure how the phones work, but they may not be seen as Winamp
as removable storage devices. I've seen this behavior with several different
mass storage devices. I don't think I've seen it with my Nokia but that is
probably just because I connect it to my PC in PC Suite mode. I'm sure if I
were to connect it in mass storage mode then I'd get that crippling dialog
from Winamp. Note that once you respond to that dialog box, you won't see it
again. You might also try using your JAWS cursor. If you can't see the
dialog, you may try using insert-r to view the whole screen. You may be able
to find it that way. Again, good luck.

Hi Christopher,
This only happens when I plug the card reader in to the computer, this never
happened with any of the phones.
I will ask my wife to take another look at it again and ask her to tell me
what's happening there.
I did try uninstalling and reinstalling Winamp 5.56 to see if that will
solve the problem, but the problem still exists.

Hi guys,

I want several genres when listening to streaming music. For example, I
want music for a party which combines rock, country and pop. Does anyone
know of a service by which I can do this? I use Live 365, Jango and
Pandora but have never seen this function. Actually, I tried searching
for country and rock in Pandora but the results weren't the best.

Thanks,

Hmm, well I'm still fairly certain that when you plug in the card reader
you're getting a dialog box popping up in winamp asking you if you want
Winamp to manage that device. I've had this happen multiple times, and I
get

exactly the symptoms you describe. This isn't much different than that
dialog you get when it's telling you about a new update. Sometimes I'm
able
to use the JAWS cursor to find the appropriate button to click on.
However,

sometimes I've had to get sighted help. Ask your wife if there's a dialog
box asking if you want to manage the device with a Yes and a No button.
Ask

her to click one of those buttons with the mouse, depending on whether you
want to manage the device with Winamp or not, and see if that takes care
of

the problem.

I suspect you're not getting this with the LG VX-8360 because either
Winamp

isn't recognizing that as a device it can manage or at some point in the
past you answered that dialog above.

Like I said, I'm fairly certain this is what is going on, but I can't be
sure.

BTW, I did look for some kind of setting in Winamp that would let you tell
it you don't want it to manage any portable devices, but I couldn't find
one. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Sorry I'm not more helpful.

Can someone please give the step-by- step for burning audio with WMP11.
After I open
the wizzard, and press, next, the burning begins and I have a beta cd when I
want
an audio. About one in ten tries I do actually get the menu choice of beta
or audio.

How can I always get this choice? Any help appreciated,
I am using win-xp pro with Window-eyes 7.1.
Thahnks in advance.

Re: Delta control panel scripts

2009-11-20 Thread Jitendra Kumar
What does this mean? is it that you if on the output tab, scripts are
loaded but do not move with the tab and shift+Tab, or they don't even
load.
we shall contact you shortly if you give the info I told you all in
last mail, using the contact page of our site, since from there, the
mail goes to the other developer as well, who is the main coder for
them.
so do it soon, Thank you for the feedback, Jitendra.

Hi, I am sorry since these scripts are still in beta because of no
feedback since its first release in feb of this year, but you can try
keyboard manager to see the keystrokes, and a part from that, on the
output tab, try pressing tab and shift+tab, you should be able to
navigate, if not, then using the contact form, give the following
 information:
the name of the soundcard with model number, the driver version,JAWS
version and the name of the executable file loaded when this control
 panel is in focus.
press insert+Q to listen the name, twice to display in virtual viewer.
 Thank you, Jitendra.

yes of course, but the half work means only the output tab, was working
when we made them available, so since we had no feedback, we stopped the
development, this may only continue when we get some, Thank you.

Re: PROBLEM WITH WINAMP 5.56

2009-11-20 Thread Sunshine
that is true when that happens winampw ill become unresponsive, and that is
why you can not stop or do anything with winamp, what i do; is this.
I usually take and go to the drive that is a removeable drive in my
computer and then enter, on the drive, and then select the files and cut
them to my clipboard, then i; can paste them to my documents and when they
have finished moving/ or being placed on my computer i remove the sd card,
and then ic an work with the files freely on my computer.

Hmm, well I'm still fairly certain that when you plug in the card reader
you're getting a dialog box popping up in winamp asking you if you want
Winamp to manage that device. I've had this happen multiple times, and I get
exactly the symptoms you describe. This isn't much different than that
dialog you get when it's telling you about a new update. Sometimes I'm able
to use the JAWS cursor to find the appropriate button to click on. However,
sometimes I've had to get sighted help. Ask your wife if there's a dialog
box asking if you want to manage the device with a Yes and a No button. Ask
her to click one of those buttons with the mouse, depending on whether you
want to manage the device with Winamp or not, and see if that takes care of
the problem.

I suspect you're not getting this with the LG VX-8360 because either Winamp
isn't recognizing that as a device it can manage or at some point in the
past you answered that dialog above.

High Christopher,
I am in deed using Jaws.
I looked for some kind of a setting thing, but I couldn't find it.
I showed this problem to my sighted wife, but she doesn't know enough about
Winamp to help me with it.
Like I said, this doesn't happen when I plug my LG VX-8360 phone in to my
computer.
I can use Winamp to sink audio files to the phone, but I can't play any of
the files from the phone while it is plugged in to the computer.
That's why I use that external card reader to edit the many ST card that the
phone plays the audio files from.
But now, how do I keep Winamp from freezing up on me when I plug the card
reader in to the computer?
This is what I'm trying to figure out.
But any how, thinks for the suggestion.
  John.
