Problem with Hope for Pandora, No Response from Support
Hey Guys, I helped my girlfriend install Hope on her new Windows 7 PC last Friday. She paid her $15 and downloaded the program. Then she got the email and entered the activation code, and the program said that it was activated. The problem is that now it keeps asking her for her username and password. It won't run without that. When she bought the program she was never told that she needed those, much less given them. (I have a copy of Hope as well, but it doesn't ask me for a username or password. It just logs me in.) I wrote to the address for support last Friday evening and am still waiting for a response. I gave them her email address so they would know what account I was referring to. I have yet to receive a response. Thinking they might have written her directly instead of me, we have been checking her inbox as well, but no response there either. Does anyone here know either how to solve this problem of Hope asking for login info, or if not, how to get a response from support? Thanks for any advice. Re: Equalizer in Winamp
Howard, Winamp doesn't come to you all at once, it takes a bit of getting used too, but once you do, you'll find it to be, without a doubt, the best player out there. Just take your time with it, and it will be a musical friend for life . I've been using it for over a decade. At 04:46 PM 8/30/2012, you wrote: Thanks Larry. Hi again. Not necessarily in winamp, but I would like to add more bass to some of my mp3 files before burning them to cd. Is there a technique or a software that will do it? Again, thanks. Howard To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: pc-audio-unsubscr...@pc-audio.org

Re: Goldwave Keyboard Reconfiguration
Greetings, an update to my last post. I copied the original and modified keyboards from this laptop to my upstairs desktop. I already had GoldWave v5.67 open there. I decided to go into options, keyboard, load and hit space bar, I pointed at the modified file, then to open, then closed the dialogue, then thought I would try opening a new file. I discoveref by pressing 1 on the qwerty keyboard, recording commenced, 2 paused and 3 stopped the recording. So, it seems there is really no need to exit and re-enter the program to activate the keyboard when modified. Maybe I was being over-courtious. Re: Goldwave Keyboard Reconfiguration
Greetings, Note, this is answering a post to the pc audio list but am sending it to the GoldWave group hoping it will be of use or at least interest. I have played with the keyboard file, I paste below my new version, it works. There is a facility under options and keyboard to edit the file in situe, but I have never found this very easy, hence suggesting modifying the .txt file outside the program. What you have to do though, first, save the original keyboard file under a name other than the default one of: "GoldWaveKeyboard.txt" I suggest into the goldWave folder, on my system at any rate, the file is by default saved in the application data folder associated with documents and settings\colin. (Note upper and lower case in the name **are** important. So, modify the file under it's original name. Now go into goldWave, to the options menu and hit k for keyboard. tab to the load button and press space bar. You are presented with the usual file dialogue so go to the place into which you copied the "GoldWaveKeyboard.txt" file you have just created then to open, enter. Close Goldwave completely and reopen the program. Open a file and when you have a source press 1, recording starts, 2, it pauses, 3, it stops. Note the Jaws script files will still refer to the old record functions. Here is the modified keyboard, I am using GoldWave Version 5.67, on WindowsXP Home, with Jaws v10 on this laptop and V11 on my desktop.
