RE: Aussie streaming of the cricket from India
Will check this definitely! We did manage to win Pakistan in the ODI just a while ago. It does seem over here that the Proteas tend to focus more on test cricket. Our one day cricket is not that hot at all! AB de Villiers and Amla were involved in a 238 run partnership today - I believe this is a world record for one day cricket. -Original Message- From: Pc-audio [mailto:pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org] On Behalf Of Stephen jolley Sent: 17 March 2013 02:25 PM To: Vip Vip-l; PC audio discussion list. For this and the remaining fourth test, they are streaming a live off TV radio coverage of the cricket from India. The lead commentator is former ABC broadcaster, Glen Mitchell. The coverage is sensible yet entertaining, with focus as one would expect on each ball. You can get to it from my web page http://members.optusnet.com.au/stephenjolley/livestreams . I don't think so, if my memory correctly serves me, the WR is 308 in 2003 World Cup by India vs Kania, isn't it? - Original Message - From: André van Deventer andred...@webafrica.org.za To: 'PC Audio Discussion List' pc-audio@pc-audio.org Sent: Monday, March 18, 2013 12:29 AM Subject: RE: Aussie streaming of the cricket from India Will check this definitely! CD Databawse question
I have a CD that I'm going to rip to my hard drive. The track info is not available on any of the online cd databases. How does one go about submitting a track list to one of them? Thank you. Howard To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: pc-audio-unsubscr...@pc-audio.org
Re: CD Databawse question
Most ripping programs will let you fill in the data and submit it. What program are you using. In CDEX, After you input the data, towards the bottom, there's a button to submit or re-submit. - Original Message - From: Howard Traxler how...@traxlerenterprises.com To: PC Audio Discussion List pc-audio@pc-audio.org Sent: Monday, March 18, 2013 7:20 AM Subject: CD Databawse question I have a CD that I'm going to rip to my hard drive. Re: CD Databawse question
Thanks. When I thought awhile, I thought there might be an option like that. My CDex hasn't been working so well, so I bought express rip from NCH. I use both of them. So, on the track list, those are edit boxes that allow you to put in the info? I'll take a look. RE: CD Databawse question
Yes. You should be able to delete the track 1, etc and type in the actual data. At the bottom, there should be some kind of a submit control. Good luck! -Original Message- From: Pc-audio [mailto:pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org] On Behalf Of Howard Traxler Sent: Monday, March 18, 2013 9:35 AM To: PC Audio Discussion List Subject: Re: CD Databawse question Thanks. for joe bollard
Hi joe, i have got my problem with audible sorted out. my daughter had to talk to them for about 45 minutes, and the lady from audible had to come onto my computer to sort things out. that was today. you will remember you gave me the e.mail address for audible. i sent them a message straight away, and got an answer today, just after my daughter solved the problem. i couldn't have sorted it out myself even with the guidance of the lady from audible. all i can suggest, is, that if you have a sighted friend, you wait until he or she is with you, and trying telephoning again. best wishes, brian. Hi,
I am in the market to set up my little recording studio to record some podcasts including some of my own music which I have written on the piano. My question is: Does anyone know what mucical keyboard sequencer or workstation is most accessible to the blind? Re: Hi,
Wel, if you need a software, then sonar is very accessible with either the JSonar scrits, or the CakeTalking scripts. If you need a hardware daw, then you might want to look at the Yamaha motief, or roland fantum g wich have accessibility up to a point.
