Anyone recommend a case for my new LX?
Hi Gang, I've been surfing for a case for my LX; an Asahi genuine everready style case that screws into the tripod screw would be my preference, but I think that might be next to impossible to find. I have no experience with any of the zing or other generic one size fits most types. Can anyone recommend a specific 3rd party manufacturer's case for the LX? Sid B

I completely agree. I just spent Saturday shooting dingy alleyways and grimy storefronts with mister LX, and I was just having a great time. The sound and the feel are both quite satisfying, louder and different from the (also satisfying) sounds of my ME Super. Well, I live at Younge and Lawrence these days. I found some great alleys over by the Paramount, between all of those clubs 'n' warehouses. I just work in Oakville. Actually Chris, Gord over at Precision has done excellent work for me on all three of my LX's. He seems to like them, which probably makes the difference. The LX that I won off eBay arrived yesterday. Woo hoo! What an amazing camera. Incredibly small and yet very dense. Not quite "heavy," but it feels solid.
