I've not posted to this thread but would also like to play soundcloud streams through my SBs. That's pretty much all I'd want to do to be honest, obviously there would need to be a way to search for the music you want to listen too. With the new icons, I have to look very close to tell if a player is on or off. On a related note, I'd love an ALL OFF button. The log you posted earlier which showed the 2 CD/DVD drives is quite different to the log you have just posted. The CD/DVD drives are not seen by CDDA2WAV and there are extra disk controllers. Just reporting: when browsing recent artists (through iPeng), every now and then albums that have been played previously, come up empty (album shows, but no tracklist is loaded). Going back to the album overview, the album title now is listed as 'Spotify Error : General permanent error'. I have seen this in the web interface as well, but this time the same album and tracks listed normally and can be played without a problem (from the web interface). Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: CDplayer plugin
It looks like it should have worked so it is time to get some debug log info. Checking for compatible CD drives only occurs at SBS startup so the procedure has a few steps as follows: 1. In WebUI Settings/advanced/logging check the box " Save logging settings for use at next application restart" 2. Enable startup CDplayer logging by setting plugin.cdplayer to DEBUG in WebUI Settings/advanced/logging and click "Apply" 3. Note the location of the prefs directory from WebUI Settings/Information 4. Stop SBS 5. Delete cdplayer.prefs from the plugin directory which is in the prefs directory. 6. Start SBS 7. Copy cdplayer log entries from server.log into a text file and attach file (zipped if necessary) onto a post. -- bpa bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=47288 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

For me, the latest version crashes every time I open it. The second time I open it it's fine. This then repeats the next time I open it. I tried again this morning when no scan was running and I still got 8 crashes in under 90 minutes (at irregular intervals and with no particular pattern that I could discern). I had iPeng set to keep the iPod awake so I could monitor it while working and I played music the whole time. After that I restarted the iPod and installed the very latest SBS 7.5.2 build (r31156), i.e. restarted SBS. Now iPeng has been up and running for almost an hour without crashes. It might have been just a freak thing that went away when restarting. -- vagskal 2 x SB3 (wired), Receiver (wired), Boom (wireless), Controller, iPeng on iPod Touch, muso on remote computer running Win 7 | 7.5.2 on Win XP vagskal's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=20778 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
I think this is covered by the update, but mine now always reverts to a different player when it is woken. So I am happily putting music on the main system, and close it to use Tapatalk, when I reopen it I inadvertently put music on the Bedroom (first in alphabet?) system and wake up the wife. Bad! Absolutely indifferent about the logos, really great app, so much better than the Controller it's just silly! -- adamslim You can't have too much music, but I do have too much hifi Rock/Excalibur/MC30S, Linn Akurate Skweezy DS, Audion Pre, 6B4G SET, Lowther monsters Duet, Caiman, Audio Innovations Series 500, One Thing Quad ESLs Boom x 2, Radio adamslim's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7355 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

If you need more testers, count me in !! Guys, I do not think the small screen is the issue. I just downloaded the app to my girlfriends X10 Mini Pro yesterday, and it works perfectly. I don't have it at hand right now, but I guess I could post the latest .apk later if that is of interest.
