Can you run the "Squeezebox Server Inconsistency/Problems" query also ? The first number which is a negative number looks strange, I've seen other people with this behavior and that have been caused of them using cue sheets. There is a bug related to cue sheets and musicbrainz tags in LMS, but your issue isn't related to cue sheet tracks, is it ? Another thing I would try is to try to use the "Remove all data" button in TrackStat settings page in the "Backup" section just before you start the restore, this will make sure the TrackStat database tables are empty before the restore operation starts and make sure previous data can't cause any issues. Hi! I'm new to SB but already love it! But I'm having trouble installing the Soundcloud plugin. First of all, on my Touch v. 7.7.2 everything is called Applets(!) I go into App Gallary, remove the "Show recommended apps only" and get a list of a lot of 3rd party apps - but not all and not the Soundcloud plugin. Am I doing this right? Does this have something to do with Applets not being the same thing as plugins? Or is there some other way of doing this? I can't find anywhere were I can enter additional repos, and it's not picking up the soundcloud from the slimdevices repo. Please help! Sounds as if your account didn't transfer properly, both because of the timing and the reference to "free plays" (Rhapsody does/did have a 25-play free account option that plays only on PCs, not devices such as SBs). I'd suggest phoning Rhapsody and confirming the status of your account. Hi Erland,
Just found one thing that didn't work as expected, can you help? I have
some albums which have years for different tracks, ie an album that is
remastered and have bonus tracks at the end. I give the original tracks
the original album year and the bonus tracks the year of the remaster.
In this case it seems that the year used is the average of the two years
ie original year 1976, remaster 1991 then it appears in the year 1984.
Is it possible only to use the track year?

I have not been able to get Napster to work with my squeezebox since it merged with Rhapsody. I get the error "no free plays remaining for" on the Squeezebox Boom. Any ideas? Restarting LMS didn't help and just to cover my bases, this is what I did: 1. Uninstalled TrackStat and Custom Scan. 2. Deleted the entire Squeezebox cache directory. 3. Restarted LMS. 4. Cleared my entire library and rescanned. 5. Confirmed that no files had any TrackStat ratings. 6. Deleted my server.log and scanner.log files. 7. Restarted LMS. 8. Installed TrackStat (but not Custom Scan). 9. Restarted LMS. 10. With logging for TrackStat on Debug, I restored my ratings. 11. Before viewing any ratings, I restarted LMS. 12. I cleared my web browser's cache (you know, just to be safe). 13. Ratings for my mp3 files are present (just like before); however, ratings for my m4a files are not present even though the log file says the ratings are being written/saved. I have been following these instructions almost verbatim - Setup browse menu for classical music - http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Setup_browse_menu_for_classical_music To avoid typing errors, I have copied and pasted from the wiki to the set up pages Custom Scan set up I presume that I did this correctly Multi-Library set up two libraries Classical - It shows that there are 15 songs - Classical music is selected by belonging to two selected genres - 15 songs is the correct total Non-Classical - It shows there are 127 songs - Selected by ticking all other genres except for the two selected in Classical Custom Browse Menus following the wiki Structure looks good All Classical menus do not list any contents - no Artists, Genres, Composers, etc. Custom Browse Menus set up by me called Composers This lists all of the Composers from both Libraries simultaneously whatever the Genre So a couple of Questions 1. For what reason are the Classical Custom Browse not showing anything but the Composers Custom Browse is providing a full list? 2. If Classical is the selected Library, should only classical music be shown in all menus including the LMS standard ones? I couldn't get the FIR software to work properly, but I managed to make Inguz EQ the bass in my living room into submission. A considerable improvement IMO, and my system isn't even ultra resolving/expensive.
