I used a modified version of the crontab entries as I did with the Jessie install as the mmserver in the original crontab entries is the version before editing takes place. [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.5.x - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
Here's a small update. Not really new features, but mostly reliability improvements (hopefully :-)), and a lot of work in the background. In particular in environments where local discovery does not work, the daemon should now behave more reliably. I've seen situations where the daemon would continue to work but no longer be seen by Spotify. This situation should be handled better in this release. Please let me know about your experience. [SlimDevices: Plugins] How to install latest BBC iPlayer - presumably v1.6.0
I have a new Windows 10 Pr installation, and just reinstalled the iPlayer plugin via Settings->Plugin page, but it is saying it is version v1.3.1alpha3. I have found a 1.6.0 but how do I install it? I want to get it "right" first time as have had problems in the past. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] How to install latest BBC iPlayer - presumably v1.6.0
In WebUI Setting/Plugins at the bottom where it says "Additional Repositories" - paste the following HTTP://DOWNLOADS.SOURCEFORGE.NET/PROJECT/BPAPLUGINS/BETARELEASE-REPO.XML After pasting click Apply and possible restart LMS. Rather than be immediately activated (i.e. Appear in Active Plugins list), it is likely that plugins will appear at top of Plugins tab above "active Plugins" - check the boxes opposite BBCiPlayer V1.6 and BBCiPlayerExtra 2.00, click Apply and then plugins should then be moved into the Active plugin list. bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109599 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Run Squeezelite hidden on Windows 10
Thought of an edit but due to the many responses felt like a response is better. After many weeks of listening to music with this setup I realized that there are some flaws in squeezelite. Compressed tracks, be it mp3 or m4u, VBR or CBR tend to be truncated during playback. Switched back to SqueezePlay and the tracks are played formidably complete. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.5.x - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
Spotty playback on my SB3 keeps going silent for a few seconds, then resuming for a few minutes, then another moment of silence. There's no Rebuffering message or anything. Is there a good way to troubleshoot? Playing Spotify on my laptop on the same network is flawless, and so is playing MP3s over the SB3. (This isn't a brand new problem with 2.5.0, just to be clear: it's been going on for a while.) eater's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13695 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109598 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
