No I didn't try -1. The thing is the http menu rolls down but there is no text for me with version 1.20.2 of the plugin. It seems the default is -3 because that's how it is every time I save my settings with 1.20.2 I will try to replace 10 with -1. Not now because it is already 23:49 in my zone. hontored's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=69435 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103728 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
Having said what I did in my previous post, I've just come across a boxed set of the Martinu Quartets where the information is displayed in the way that jacobacci and I would like. So it seems there is an inconsistency on Qobuz's part which makes dealing with this more difficult. Or perhaps the inconsistency is with the files that Qobuz gets from the record labels. +---+ |Filename: iPeng Annie Martinu Quartets - Panocha Quartet.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=28237| +---+ Allo Digione Signature (+LiFePo Batteries), Touch, Metrum Jade, Bryston B4 SST2, PMC OB1i speakers, HP Proliant Microserver/Ubuntu, PC/Windows 7, iPad 4, iPeng, Squeezepad. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: UPnPBridge = integrate UPnP/DLNA players with LMS (squeeze2upnp)
I think I found where the problem comes from. when comparing 0.2.9.5 preference file with 1.20.2 I found this: the http menu is blank leading to -3^M I think the other related fields are thru^M 1^M So you simply need to replace by: 10^M which corresponds to the option: fixed large size in the "http" menu. I came to this conclusion after switching manually installations (file moving) between 0.2.9.5 and 1.20.2 and realising setting 0.2.9.5 and switching to 1.20.2 gives sound... Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
I can confirm jacobacci's point. It isn't an issue I thought of raising as I am only too happy to have Qobuz available as it is currently - but this issue is an irritant. Classical works (or "pieces" in the vernacular) such as symphonies, sonatas, concertos, etc, etc are usually comprised of multiple movements. Each of these movements is usually a separate track. In LMS Qobuz the movement names (tracks) are shown but often not which piece they are part of. An extreme example is when there is a multidisc set. Take Annie Fischer's recording of the 32 Beethoven Piano Sonatas. These are the iPeng screen shot followed by the Qobuz desktop app screen shot of the first few movements (or tracks). As you can see there is no way of telling which piece the movements relate to on the LMS Qobuz screenshot. (I got round this my making my own crib sheet of the pieces & movements.) +---+ |Filename: Qobuz - Annie Fischer Beethoven Sonatas.JPG | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=28236| +---+ Allo Digione Signature (+LiFePo Batteries), Touch, Metrum Jade, Bryston B4 SST2, PMC OB1i speakers, HP Proliant Microserver/Ubuntu, PC/Windows 7, iPad 4, iPeng, Squeezepad. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
Thanks Michael Allmusic and Roon started grouping classical music tracks into works a while back. Through the Qobuz / Roon integration, I guess Qobuz adoped the same. I have attached a screenshot of how this grouping looks in the Qobuz Tablet app. If you retrieve track names the "usual" way, you only get the movements, not the works (group) names. In this case you would be missing the symphony name. The way app developers usually solve this is that they concatenate the work name and the track name for the track listing. +---+ |Filename: Qobuz track groupings.jpg| |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=28232| +---+ - Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.2 - SB3 - SB Touch (5x) - RP2 / RP3 mit piCorePlayer - Chromecast Audio (2x) jacobacci's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=63932 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97146 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
