Everything else is perfectly fine. I'm on 7.9.1. Assuming LMS doesn't do any caching (except for the cover art, maybe?), it could be a browser thing. And given that I'm still working on setting this system up, it could be all kind of server, DNS, versions, cookie, caching issues.. jeroen2's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=70418 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109624 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Squeezelite-X
I've attached another TCP stream capture from the latest version, I think this is the equivalent to stream25 from the last time. It's similar in that there's a status request and response that doesn't include the Squeezelite-X player, and instead the one called "Garage" is selected. But then at the end there's a "/meta/connect" transaction that wasn't in the earlier capture, and the response to this one does mention the Squeezelite-X player (called "A Sql PC"). Not sure if this is a real logic difference, or just some timing difference, or I'm looking at the wrong stream... If you'd like the full wireshark capture(s), I can email them to you, but won't post them here. 31865 +---+ |Filename: stream42.txt | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=31865| +---+ tw99's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=51684 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108550 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Was unable to log in to my Tidal account through iPeng. I went to my computer and re-entered my credentials, and I could play music from there, but I still could not do so from iPhone - not to my players nor to the iPhone itself. I recall something about Tidal changing it's authorization system. It's nothing to get excited about - just different grey levels to match some screenshots I saw online. The idea, as with Adwaita-Dark, Windows-10-Dark, etc, is to make the page feel more native. The 'theme' is just a css file in MaterialSkin/HTML/material/html/css/themes/mac/dark/ To make it avaiable to (e.g.) linux just copy to MaterialSkin/HTML/material/html/css/themes/linux/dark/ *Material debug:* 1. I have tried both those things before and they did not work. Tried them again yesterday and they did! Not sure why it worked this time around. [SlimDevices: Plugins] Itunes Update
I've recently had to move computers and I can't get itunes update working on the new one. Basically everything is the same as the old computer in terms of Perl version, file location etc, so it tries to run, but I get this message c:\itunesupdate>itunesupdate.pl "c:\itunesupdate\itunes_hist.txt" usage: TrackStatiTunesUpdate.pl [loop seconds] I've also tried c:\itunesupdate>TrackStatiTunesUpdate.pl "c:\itunesupdate\itunes_hist.txt" usage: TrackStatiTunesUpdate.pl [loop seconds] On the off chance that there is still one user of this plugin - does anyone have any idea how to get this going again? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] 'MediaServer' *certified* Alexa skill for LMS
Thanks @philippe. I created a test install of logitechmediaserver_8.0.0_1602603940_amd64.deb on my Ubuntu box and replaced the file HTTP.pm in /usr/share/perl5/Slim/Player by your modified file. In a test version of the skill, I added to the stream's URL. What happens is that playback on the Echo starts and stops every ~10 seconds, probably due to rebuffering so the Echo does not like too much starvation. During the periods that music is actually playing, selecting -next -in iPeng does move to the next track quickly, so that's promising for sure ! If you PM me your Amazon account email then I can send you a beta invite to the test skill so that you can play with it yourself. I'll strip out the subscription code as that won't work for you in the en-CA Amazon store (assuming that's where you have your Amazon account). philchillbill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68920 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111016 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

I cant recreate this - I copied Material's Mojave-Dark theme into the Linux folder so that I could use it.
