Hello I am a very happy user of the Music & Artist Info plugin (currently v1.6.26), my folder contains about 3000 pics altogether, some of which have been "manually" changed or enhanced. Everything is neatly displayed through either the Material GUI or Orange Squeeze. I have recently "moved" my LMS & library from a Synology NAS to an Innuos server (LMS 8.2) - It all works fine, yet I don't seem to be able to update the artist info folder when rescanning. If i scan too much music files then the validation process stops or let's better say never starts even though the log is empty, the interface just stays there with the same numbers but the CPU is maxed out. Just installed and it works like a charm. Much easier set up! Thanks very much. FYI - I had to do it twice. The 1st time, I didn't start the install from pi/home and when I restarted Max2Play it didn't work anymore. Cheers! I typically use MySounds -> Latest and see all the episodes of the programmes I've suscribed to, most recent first. It's like my own limited personal station - which, I guess, is what the BBC intended it to be. Rarely, I use MySounds -> Subscribed and see a list of the subscribed programmes. Pick one and I see a list of episodes, most recent first. While there's a lot of "fluff" in Sounds, I'm becoming quite accustomed to it, and it certainly works pretty well in this plugin. Some things were obviously easier in iPlayer (and the iPlayer plug-in), but that's gone now, and the replacement is different, better in many respects, worse in a couple. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: UPnPBridge = integrate UPnP/DLNA players with LMS (squeeze2upnp)
Hello Philippe, First of all I want to say I wasn't being rude yesterday. I am trying my best to get this to work for you and for me as a user. I followed your instructions. The system is working with gaps between the music and the system is changing all the flac tracks to 128kbps MP3. It's running as I said yesterday, as you would expect in it's basic form, but changing everything into MP3, which I assume is why the gaps, between music tracks is longer than expected. I will leave the system running like this to see if it stops, or stutters. Again, LMS handles all this - not the skin/app. If you virutal libraries from searches do not auto update and you want them to, then you need to file a bug report against LMS. *Material debug:* 1.
