Anyone got this to work with other language than English?

I have my Google Mini set up with Swedish (and English) but I have
problem to open the LMS Control app and send commands, both in Swedish
and English
In the simulator English works fine.

Problem is that I cannot add Swedish in DialogFlow and publish the a
Google Assistant, it give me an error.

It would be cool to adress your own playlists in Spotify
Would an option be to a have like a list in HASS with
playlistname:spotifyURI? And then the direct URI is used?

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: LMS Controls - Google Home / Google Assistant Voice Control of LMS Players

2019-02-05 Thread Freddy

Thank you for creating this, seems great.
I´ve almost got it up and running (first part with LMS and HASS) but I
have two issues

1. I´m running HASS on Ubuntu 18 in an venv and to make the script work
I need to add the full path for every bin used such /usr/bin/curl,
/usr/bin/jq etc. This makes it hard for future updates. Is there a way
to get these into the venv path?

2. By updating above I could get LMS source to work and I can search,
play, etc without problem. But I still struggle with Spotify. I can see
that the sensor.spotify_uri is filled with the correct adress but it
never sends it to LMS. I´ve tried both running the script from bash and
within HASS, same issue. Noting in HASS log indicates an error.

Thanks

Sounds promising :)
Hide the info is enough, if the album art could then be centered it
would be even better. But I´ll take what I get :)

Does "No" mean No as in "Not atm but might come in next update" or No as

Just curious :)

Would it be possible to have only the album art and the lower banner

Now there is some additional track information to the right of the album

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: squeeze-alexa - DIY secure Alexa integration

2018-07-25 Thread Freddy

I´ve now managed to create the certs for MQTT IOT using the cli.

Stuck on next step though
-
Set up permissions for MQTT
Go to the AWS IoT section (make sure to select the right region), and
you start the setup.

You'll need an IAM policy to grant MQTT access to the squeeze-alexa
Lambda.

Use the helpful included IAM policy to permission topics - remember to
make sure these match your MQTT settings.-

What setup?
Also, I need to create the Lambda squeeze-alexa first before the
transporter (since I should grant MQTT acccess)?

It might be that this require that you have very good AWS skills

Thank you for answering, I`ll got pretty much stuck directly with
generating the certs for IOT :) I`m very new to AWS over all so I didn´t
even have awscli, nor was I able to run the configure (asking for user
etc)
But I´ll continue to try with MQTT since it might be helpful for others
if I succeed.

So your plan is to share the same Letsencrypt certs with stunnel in
docker and use this container only for squeeze-alexa?
If you succeed please share, I run my NGINX with Letsencrypt on a nuc
but Docker on a QNAP NAS. So it might be possible for me to use the same
approach.

It seems that stunnel is the preferred way to go but I´m really afraid
to mess up my current NGINX+let´s encrypt setup

Great, please do.
I also run LetsEncrypt, NGINX and a MQTT broker but to my understanding
the latter is of no use for this setup since we must use Amazons IOT

Great to see an own thread about this, I totally missed that before.

I have a question.
I´m currently running NGINX for connecting secure to Home-Assistant
(HTTP) and connecting to my MQTT broker (stream)
Alexa integration works fine with HA using HAASKA + let´s encrypt cert

I´m a bit confused about this:
"Nginx doesn't seem to support non-HTTP traffic over TLS."

So I need to install stunnel anyhow or should it be possible to use
NGINX?

Ok too bad, I can remember wrong but didn´t full album art work before?

Anyone got M2P to work fine with GMusic without skips?

I have this problem with track skipping before end and one solution
seems to be to disable ipv6, which require a license.

So before purchasing a license I would like to confirm that this really
fixes the problem on m2p installation.

Just want to confirm that I have the same problem running max2play 7.9.1
on a rpi3.

I´ve read that this can be a solution but don´t know how to implement
it.

Also disabling ipv6 seems to work for some.

Did you ever find a fix that works for you?

I usually fix it by running the install procedure for the gmusic api
again (https://github.com/hechtus/squeezebox-googlemusic) and restarting
LMS but I wonder what´s causing it since I didn't have this problem
before and I would like to fix it permanently.

I have done the changes in Settings.pm and Plugin.pm since before and I
run version 9.0.1 of Gmusic Dev.

Running LMS on a ReadyNas Ultra (intel)

I wonder why it works for you. It's Version: 7.5.1 of Squeezebox
 Server.

Did you restart the server?
I had to do this to reload the new file from cache

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread

2011-08-09 Thread Freddy

I don't know if this is an iPeng issue or of the trackstat plug-in made
by Erland.
But I am not able to set/change the rating for a song inside iPeng from
the playlist screen, nothing happens when selecting the desired rating.

It seems to work fine from the Now Playing screen in iPeng but when
trying to change rating from the playlist screen (by pressing down on
the selected track) nothing happens

Do you know if this is related to the plug-in or iPeng?

Somebody else had the same issue in the German part of the forum. He

 probably the plugin.

Ok, which version are you using since its ok for you?

What a pity, this was a very nice plug-in indeed.
Hope there will be a workaround...

Restarted both client and server and now the feature is back again.
Weird, thanks for your help anyway

I upgraded to the latest version of iPeng and now it seems that I lost
the regular share on facebook functionality from Logitech. Is this
coincidence?

It is not available in the track info menu anymore.

Thank you for a quick reply and have a nice weekend.

Well, as a workaround you could of course use iPeng's facebook
integration but only on NowPlaying and for services, not while browsing
 your local library (yet).

Yes I could, but the downside with the iPeng feature (atm) is that
User is listening to... is not prewritten. It just present the artist
and the title.

I guess I need to type I´m listening to.. every time myself ?

Example:
Official Facebook plugin:
I´m listening to Worried Ground with Johnossi

iPeng:
Johnossi. Worried Ground from Mavericks

Or maybe I just missed some configuration/feature and need to be
enlighten.

Yes, that's a problem right now, will change that.

The problem is that you need so many different clauses for the
different variants (Radio stations, tracks, unknown stuff...).
In what language are you using this?
 Which SBS version?

My iPeng is in Swedish and I am using 7.5.4 - r32171

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Erland: Lyrics plugin

2011-01-14 Thread Freddy

Hi,
It seems I need some help to get this to work.
I installed both the Song Info and Song Lyrics plug-in

And then I do what?

To get Song Lyrics to appear in the drop down for my player tab for
the Boom I had to enter the word songlyrics in the Interfaces tab.

But all that is seen in the display of the Boom is the word songlyrics
:P

Running latest stable version on W7

Many thanks

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Erland: Lyrics plugin

You are absolutely correct, that works fine.
I misunderstood how the plug-in was suppose to function.

I was expecting it to automatically start to scroll the lyrics when the
song started.

Thanks for a fast answer and sorry for wasting your time.
