Hello, all; Is there a simplified instruction set for using this app? No matter what recipe I try I get the same 10 songs. I had LMS re-scan the collection a few times, but Smart Mix does not see anything except these same songs. I am only using tracks on a local disk. I guess the key is how to get it to read the existing LMS scan? On your item # 1 above, the volume display will appear to change, but the volume will not actually change if you have set it to 100%. I may have resolved my issue; extension downloader does not work for IR blaster, at least for me. I played around and stuck in a variety of directories. Sorry I can't help with that problem, I want to add one of my own. I had IR blaster working well for many years, but changed to Windows 7. Re-loaded the plugin, and now under IR-learning I am asked for a device/file name and I put in stereo and it says that it cannot open file/device for writing. Which part is not working? I think IR blaster is now working for me. I just think the SB3 display behavior has changed to show a reduction in volume even thought the SB3 volume output is fixed. It could be that the display behavior of the sb3 has changed. Previously the volume bar would stay fixed in the display at 100% when changing volume using IR blaster. Now it goes up and down with the stereo volume. (the bar is re-set to 100% after a volume change) But it appears that the digital volume is indeed locked. [SlimDevices: Plugins] IR Blaster not working in 7.2
Can't get IR blaster to work in 7.2. Re loaded it but no luck. Plug-in settings page shows that it is running, but it doesn't. Lazysearch didn't work at first, but re-loading it did. Looks great. Here's a request.. I feel bad asking for anything, since I am getting this nifty software for free... but how about a party screen that has elements similar to the music screens at starbucks. Very simple, elegant, shows a photo of the album and whats currently playing only, and a time bar. Maybe a slowly morphing background. Moose is 75% there already... In my opinion, party mode should take the list view out. Have only album art (size determinable by user), with artist name, album name, song title,and time bar. right now if I remove or reduce the size of the song list view the album art sizes up to half the screen. As I noted before, a slowly morphing backround would be nice. great work.. Love Moose.. and use it all the time. My only comment, if I use a very dark graduated fill for the background and the player playlist control (etc) font is hidden. It would be great if we could control the color of these.. also.. Wife approval factor is pretty good for Moose. Now she feels she can browse the catalog a little easier. Noticed what might be a bug; changed fonts during random play and for ever after during that session the artist for all songs was Norah Jones. switched to tags and it was correct, switched back and it was norah. got it going.. added slimfx directory into a slimfx directory.. really like it. Great! nicer than default or softsqueeze. If playing an album I agree that it would be simpler to just show a single larger cover art.
