Hi. I have been using slimserver/squeezebox since I bought my first Squeezebox1 soon after they were first introduced. On this Windows PC the software has been running for around 6 years. I think the error has been happening for some long period of time. The iPlayer streams play okay - but having an error every .002 seconds is not a good thing. Is there a way to set the max size of the server log file? It generates the error every .002 of a second & continues for as long as the live stream is being played. I have had the same problems for the last few days. The streams sometimes work - sometimes not. However if you take the url of the live stream (say Radio 4 FM http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listenlive/r4_aaclca.pls?livetxt=pubsub.livetext.radio4 )& put into the web address in a browser it will also work when the iPlayer works on Squeezeserver & fail when the iPlayer does not work on the Squeezeserver. Thanks to those who also reported problems with the live streams on iPlayer - nice to know not the only one having problems. Also finding Alien BBC will not play live streams (which will play okay in a web browser). Error: no items found in playlist is the error message return at the SB3 user interface. Which is strange as it is the same url that will play in a web browser. I am having problems with the BBC listen live streams on iPlayer. The sound keeps dropping out. However I am also having same problem when playing the url through the web browser. e.g. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r3.asx so it looks like a problem with the BBC live streams. Do not get the problem on Listen Again or on other WMA streams from different radio stations. Anybody else who is having the same problem? Just like Stomans reports in post 273 - some Listen Again programs do not play. The web user interface shows the time counter increasing (left hand counter)- however the time played counter (right side) stays at 0:00. There is no network activity through my ADSL modem. This happens for all of the programs below. Can anybody get these programs to play? Other work perfectly. Hi Triode - the iPlayer is just brilliant - use it all the time. However recently I have noticed that some programs on "Listen again" will not play, while others do play. Curious bug with iPlayer, Boom & 7.3.2. Was using iPlayer & Boom with SC 7.3.1 with no problems. Upgraded to SC 7.3.2 & found the following feature:- If listening to an iPlayer live stream (such as Radio 4 or 5 Live) - then turn off the Boom, server goes into "sleep" mode, wake server via "wake up on LAN" via power on Boom - the Boom then emits a medium pitched hum. If use Boom before server has gone to sleep - no hum. If last usage was Boom was to stream a song from the library - no problem on wake up. Did not happen when using Alien BBC to listen to BBC live streams. Also did not happen to SB3 which is on the same network & using the same SC server. Changed back to 7.3.1 - problem goes away. Server running SC is quite new Windows Vista Home Premium from Dell.
